Our Custom Puptrait Attire & Accessories are Hand-Drawn by our in house artist to bring your dogs character & personality to life, in a fun cartoon form.

Simply upload a picture of your pup(s) and we will get to work creating your Custom Puptrait artwork. Choose from a variety of colours, fonts & even themes to create a design completely unique to you!

As soon as your artwork is ready we will send it to you for approval / changes and only once you are completely happy with your Custom Puptrait artwork, we will send it off to be printed & deliveries straight to your door.

Want to get more than one Custom Puptrait product?? Don’t worry we will only charge you once for your artwork, so for any additional attire or accessories you wish to have your artwork printed on, simply choose Previously Purchase Artwork for a discounted rate.

Our 11oz ceramic mugs have a bright white super gloss finish and have been tested to British Standard EN 12875-4,which means they will withstand over 2000 household dishwasher cycles without fading or loss of colour.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please send it to the following address within 14 days of the delivery date:

In order for us to process your return; Item(s) must still be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, hair-free and mud-free), packaged in its original packaging and a slip with your order number must be included inside.

**Original postage will not be refunded and the returns postage (along with any duties or taxes associated to the return of an international order) will be deducted off any refund, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty (in which case we will require photographic evidence).

If you choose to return your order using normal untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage, otherwise we cannot be held responsible if your order goes missing on its return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from when we have receive your order. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
