Our Products getting dirty / wet are a given, especially if you have an adventurous pup, who loves muddy puddles & swimming. That is why all our products have been designed using easy clean material.
HAND-WASHING
Dirt / Salt water can effect the colour of our products overtime. To help prevent this we recommend regularly cleaning rinsing after walks, either with a hose or in some warm soapy water.
To hand-wash our products all you require is washing up liquid and some water. Dilute the soap with water, dip the product in the mixture and use a cloth to wipe the surface gently. We recommend not using a scourge sponge, as this can damage the material. Rinse with water and leave to dry.
For stubborn stain we recommend using vanish.
WASHING MACHING
Whilst our products have been successfully tested in the washing machine. We recommend only using the washing machine occasionally on a 30 degree wash, as overtime it can weaken the webbing.
We can not be held responsible for any damaged caused to our products, when washing using a washing machine.
When using the washing machine, we recommend using a washing machine bag to protect your machine.
