How long do I have to return/exchange my item(s)?
We really hope you and your doggie love your new purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied we will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
If more than 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
Will I have to pay to return/exchange my item(s)?
Yes, Big Pawfection do not cover the cost of postage on item(s) being return/exchanged, it is your responsibility to cover all return/exchange postage costs.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Am I eligible for a refund?
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the condition sold with original packaging.
Items must be unused, unwashed, hair-free and mud-free.
We regret that we cannot offer a refund on any item(s) that are not in a re-saleable condition, have been customised, sales items or e-Gift Cards, unless damaged or faulty.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
All of our products are individually hand wrapped & delivered straight to your door, using Royal Mail. Each product is checked by hand and given the Bella stamp of approval for that extra quality assurance.
